The Mennonite Hospice Program was created in 1993 to serve patients in the terminal stages of their lives and help family members through this process. The program offers most medical services a patient may require but provides them in the comfort of his/her home.

This program uses an interdisciplinary team of professionals whose objective is to ease physical pain and symptoms associated with end-stage conditions while also providing emotional, psychological, social and spiritual support to both patients and their family members. Available services include nursing, medical care, social work, nutrition, and chaplain visits.

Mennonite Hospice serves patients living in the towns of Aibonito, Aguas Buenas, Barranquitas, Caguas, Cayey, Cidra, Coamo, Comerío, Naranjito, Orocovis, Salinas, and Villalba.
